Radikal Font
Radikal is a geometric sans serif font family focused on typographic purity. The family has 7 weights, UltraThin through Black, and each weight includes italics, giving you 14 styles total. Looking at the specimens, the geometric forms are sharp and precise. The hairline weight shows extremely thin strokes, while the bolder weights keep those same geometric proportions intact. Details like the elegant ampersand and consistent letterform construction show the minimalist approach.
OpenType features are extensive here. You get proportional figures, tabular figures, numerators, superscripts, denominators, scientific inferiors, subscripts, ordinals, fractions, and ligatures. The weight range makes it flexible; lighter weights work for body copy, while Black delivers impact for headlines. It’s well-suited for magazines and posters where geometric precision matters.
Language support is thorough. Latin coverage includes over 70 languages: Afrikaans, Albanian, Basque, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Welsh, and many more. Cyrillic support covers 24 languages, including Belarusian, Bulgarian, Kyrgyz, Macedonian, Moldovan, Russian, Serbian, Tatar, and Ukrainian.
