Hand of Sean Font
Hand of Sean is a casual script font that is literally based on the handwriting of the designer. Initially designed in 2008 to support a personal project, it was later published, and soon became popular because of its informal casual appearance.
The typeface was subsequently modified in 2013 with redrawn glyphs, better spacing, new kerning, and new OpenType features are included. Some of the features improved include automatic character substitution where after typing two related letters consecutively the font will alter one to a slightly different copy preserving the handwritten feel. This also applies in some vowel-consonant combinations (e.g. solo or data), to make the text appear more organic and natural.
Note that these OpenType features are accessible only in software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.
