Gilmer is a very streamlined and structured sans serif font that was mainly inspired by fonts that are ever-relevant, Futura and Avant Garde. While it’s inspired by these classics, it still has its own distinctive identity. The sharp cut letter forms and minimalistic yet iconic family give Gilmer a very assertive look, which attracts most designers and users. It’s adored by many because of its neo-grotesque vibe and strong structure, high x height and low stroke contrast.
